Penguin Players at Illinois Central College (ICC)

The Penguin Players at Illinois Central College was started in 2014 and provides young adults an opportunity to perform live theater after they have “aged out” of the existing Penguin Project program. The program takes place during the summer and credit is available for adult mentors studying at area universities. Financial assistance is available through ICC and the Penguin Project Foundation.
